Ive been using this for several weeks now. Overall I'm impressed. I can't say how accurate the sleep tracker is exactly but based on my observations about when I know I fell asleep, when I know I was dreaming (REM sleep), when I woke up and fell back asleep, this sleep tracker seems pretty accurate. Im actually impressed.
The only reason I purchased the ECG Smart Watch with Blood Pressure Monitor Body Temperature Blood Glucose Heart Rate Blood Oxygen for the heart rate monitoring. I have checked it against the this and it is very accurate.
IF the correct instructions for setup were in the box, it would have made life for me much more simple. They changed to setup being done through Google which I learned through comments on the internet. With that bit of information, setting it up was a cake walk.
