We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from bearscome for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request a return.

About return fees:

  • Under the 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy, customers shall prepay all shipping charges;
  • If there is a customs clearance fee, the customer needs to bear.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 4 weeks of bearscome’s receipt of the Product.

 

Your return application will be rejected by bearscome if:

  • the return is requested beyond 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • all accessory items, giveaways, the user manual, or original packaging included with your purchase is missing or damaged with your return;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 30 days of return service confirmation with bearscome Customer Service;
  • the returned Product is not sent out in accordance with the requirements from bearscome Customer Service;
  • there occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this return policy.

If your return is accepted, we will email you with a return address and the relevant return instructions. Requests for items that have not been returned will not be accepted. 30-Day Easy Exchange

If there exists quality issue with the Product purchased from bearscome.com, you have 30 daysfrom the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request an exchange. You can apply to exchange for a different colour, or in exchange for a higher-priced product by filling the difference in price.

Note: You won’t be refunded the difference in price if you apply to exchange for a lower-priced products.

About exchange fees:

  • The Product exchange fees may vary depending on the specific circumstance;
  • 1. The customer needs to send the goods back and bear the freight, if there is a customs clearance fee, you need to bear.
  • 2. After Bearscome receive and inspect the goods, we will send you the new products, and the freight of the new products will be borne by us.

 

Your exchange application will be rejected by bearscome if:

  • the exchange is requested beyond 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • the returned Product is incomplete or suffers physical damage caused by human factors;
  • no Product defects or damage is identified by bearscome technical support team;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 30 days of exchange service confirmation with bearscome Customer Service;
  • there occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this exchange policy.

About warranty fees:

  • The warranty fees may vary depending on the specific circumstance;
  • Customers must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to bearscome.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
